Returns
Customer satisfaction is one of our primary goals at Exotic Fragrance Store. We will gladly accept returns for all unopened body care products for a full 30 days from the receipt of your order. All packages must be unopened and in resellable condition. If any leakage of a product occurs during shipment, please contact us immediately.
For all non body care items such as ceramic burners, the same policy is in effect except in the case of damaged or broken items. We will pack your items as carefully as we can but cannot control damage incurred during shipment. Please notify the carrier right away if items arrive damaged or contact us immediately at 1-877-209-7119.
Shipping
- We ship worldwide. All international orders will be mailed via USPS International First Class Mail. All products listed on our website is quoted in U.S denominations.
- U.S. domestic shipments are sent via 3 carriers: USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service) and FedEx. When you view your shopping cart, you will be given the opportunity to calculate shipping and choose your preferred carrier. You will also be given the opportunity to choose a carrier again before completing your order.
- We will do everything we can to make sure your package is correctly addressed and promptly shipped (within 48 hours from the time of order). We cannot accept address changes after an order is processed.
- Your package will usually arrive within 5 business days from the shipping date.
- For USPS overnight mail delivery, your order must be completed by 1 pm Eastern Standard time in order for your package to arrive next day. (Exception: Hawaii and Alaska please allow an additional 1-2 days.)
- All Connecticut orders are subject to a 6.35% sales tax.
Payments
We use PayPal as our shopping cart and accept all major credit cards, debit cards, echecks and U.S. money orders.
For money order payments - please mail payment to: Exotic Fragrance, PO Box 320095, Hartford, CT 06112. When you choose the money order option as a form of payment, upon checkout you will receive an order number and the order will be held in a "pending" status. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive confirmation that the order is completed and shipped.
At this time we do not accept personal checks.
Placing your order
Once you see an item that you would like to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button which will take you to the "Shopping Cart" page. Either click on "Continue Shopping" to return to the website and purchase additional items, or click "Check Out " to continue the check out process. If you would like to increase the quantity of a particular item simply enter the quantity desired in the "Quantity" field and click "Update". To remove a particular item from the cart click "Delete". To view the shipping cost of a particular item, simply enter your zip code and click "calculate" on the bottom of the shopping cart page. Shipping costs quoted are based on real time shipping rates via USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS.
Domestic orders that subtotal $40.00 before s&h charges are shipped free!
